Are there any plans to have a portable executable?

I think that many people will be happy to have a portable version instead of an installer.

I've been using AHK's radial menu library for a long time, but I was dissatisfied with the lack of easy editing. AutoHotPie is long awaited software! and, being able to use AHK's vast assets is the most wonderful thing. We look forward to future updates.

With the current structure, that's definitely doable. I'll backburner this one for the moment, but I'll come back to it.

Related but not what you're asking for, I have a function, File > Create portable AHK package, which creates a portable version of the pie menus using ONLY AHK and no electron app settings. This is useful for companies that have AHK, but don't want to authorize installing software on their machines.

Thank you for your interest in the proposal. Create portable AHK package i was overlooking this. For portable usage, I use sandboxie for the time being.
