[Feature Request] Submenus Copy Appearance-related Settings of Main Menu

Submenus should copy the appearance-related settings of the main menu (text/icon sizes, colour, etc.) they were created for, or an option should be toggleable for whether this is the case or not.

So certain options could have a "scope" setting basically. This setting would probably be used in multiple places. I'd want to put this in the context menu considering how many settings it could apply to and because this is more of a power-user option.

Currently, the default menus of newly created submenus are based on their parent menus. The only thing that's really different is the radius size that gets set because typically users have a little more directional error on menus used after the root menu.
