printing checklists does not print checkboxes

I'm not sure if this is an issue of flatnotes but if I create a checklist like

* [ ] foo
* [x] bar

and try to print the list there are no checkboxes on paper/pdf.

btw. a print mode without header, menu, ... would be nice.

Test:

• [ ] foo
• [x] bar
