Import / Export Notes

Making it easier to import .md notes would be sweet, whether by drag and drop or import/upload menu option.

I know you can just add notes to the folder but an import option is quicker (unless I'm forgetting some tricks).

I like this. I'd like to add the ability to export (download) a note (or multiple) so I'll group this with that.
