Windows 11 - Issue with non-opaque window themes

Long time no issues 🤪, anyways I'm glad to see the library progressing nonetheless! I have something new for you.. It seems I have an interesting issue with Tooltips and Menus.. As you can see in the screenshots provided, an interesting behavior is emerging.. Not quite sure how to fix it yet, but I imagine it has something to do with these Nodes being "mini undecorated stages." This only occurs using the themes that have some opacity, not fully opaque (so dark or light/default are fine). If you have any suggestions on possible fixes or what exactly is the cause of the issue, lmk!
