Black and white only

Hi, I bought a black and white cartridge hp62xl but seems to be not recognized. Can u help?

Hi, Black and White does not work on it only color, that what they say from the start.

I checked the color XL with no problem, the black have different circle inside. I think that if you will take an empty color head that can be riffled and riffle it with black ink on all the pockets it might work, but I am not sure.

How do you swap ink? Do you clean the sponges and printhead? Just curious I want to try some pigment ink.
