& get's escaped multiple times in TinyMCE 4

I looked into this earlier. The encoding happened [here](https://github.com/Automattic/syntaxhighlighter/blob/2562939b7f9e8727c052b1cff70c08fa7f294081/syntaxhighlighter_mce-4.js#L16), but the decoding [here](https://github.com/Automattic/syntaxhighlighter/blob/2562939b7f9e8727c052b1cff70c08fa7f294081/syntaxhighlighter.js#L14) was never reached. I reverted commit e5ecc36 (only the two js'es of course) and everything works perfectly....
