i18n improvements and french translation

Add fr translations Add translations for "My effort" menu and "Start working". English language file updated Russian language file updated (with google translation tool since I don't understand russian).

I will try to attach a patch and my french translation file to this issue (if it's possible).

OK, i checked rduarte's fork and it seems that my proposals are already met. So I forked his fork to add the french translation.
