Hargreaves-Lansdown bad username rule
Ok this isn't an issue but I'm too lazy to do a pull request. And I have a question - can I create a new section for bad username rules? Seriously Hargreaves-Lansdown:

They have the same rule for their passwords, unsurprisingly. Ugh.
You can just stick that in there in alphabetical order. Despite the fact it’s not a password, this definitely qualifies. Thanks for your contribution.
Oh yes, this would be filled with examples, starting with Apple again, with their e-mail suffix stripping.
If you have an apple ID with [email protected], and try to create an apple ID with [email protected], it'll just throw you away.
I also just tried to sign up for a new Twitter account for this repo and found that you can't have usernames over 15 characters. 🤷♂
Overall, it may be better to have something like dumb-validation-rules instead of mixing usernames in dumb-password-rules.
