First time creating an account. It would not accept a few passwords even though they met the minimum requirement listed.

"Make sure it's at least 15 characters OR at least 8 characters including a number and a lowercase letter."

Using a password that is 10 characters long, contains a number and a lowercase letter, gives you an error message. "Password is weak and can be easily guessed"

The password was within their requirement. I had to add a special character to use a password under 15 characters long, which was not defined as a requirement.
