Garrison Command Table // Minimap Icon

Unfortunately, the command table does not work in the WOD garrison. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Furthermore, after the quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=34586/establish-your-garrison has been completed, a minimap icon should appear.....

Here is an example. This icon should appear in front of the ClassHall icon...
