Add support for week numbers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In Denmark (and supposedly other countries as well) many people plan using week numbers (say fx. wednesday in week 33). It is stupid, I know, but it is an everyday occurence in Denmark. Everybody plans vacation in Denmark using week numbers fx.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the ability to enable weeknumbers as an extra column to the left of each week. Is must support the different weeknumbering systems there are in different countries. (1st week is 1st monday, 1st week is 1st week with thursday etc.)
