Feature request: Configureable compression

First off, thanks for making GifTuna, it's a fantastic tool! I did notice that it tends to make very large files, as it doesn't seem to add a lot of compression. It'd be a great feature to be able to target a certain file size or to be able to input some arbitrary "compression level" input. I presume ffmpeg provides some way to input parameters to that effect. Cheers!

i've also noticed this. the output of giftuna is sometimes 15-20x as large as the original video file
