Custom loops not responsive on mobile
I am working with the free version of Ele Custom Skin. The problem is that the custom loop looks amazing on desktop and tablet but it looks bad on mobile. It is not responsive and the texts and image on the mobile responsive screen does not
I have tried doing this and didn't fix the issue:
- Setting the custom loop template page as "Elementor Canvas"
- Setting the HTML tag as "div"
- Disabling Improved Asset Loading.
- Disabling Improved CSS
- Setting CSS Print Method as "Internal Embedding"
- Regenerate CSS & Data
- Rollback to past WordPress Versions
- Rollback to past Elementor & Elementor Pro versions
- Rollback to previous Ele Custom Skin versions
I am having this exact issue on 2 separate websites that I'm developing. None of the potential fixes mentioned above worked for me. I have been using Ele Custom skin for around 2 years and I've never experienced this before. If you have any suggestions that would be helpful please comment
THIS IS DESKTOP VIEW
THIS IS MOBILE VIEW. The sections are squeezed together.
Any permanent solution to this problem would be appreciated.

The same problem! I change the font size or distance for the phone, no result in the mobile version :(
I’ll check it out! Keep you posted!
Having the same issue. I set a loop with different columns width on desktop and mobile, then set a page with posts widget with custom layout (not custom grid) and on backend and frontend i cannot see change when going responsive. In loop itself i see it. Yesterday i tried many times to save changes in loop, then unset and set loop in posts widget, realoading the pages, and after few random tries it started working. Today i made little change in loop itself and it does not work even after 10 tries.
This works, but sometimes after a few tries: Make your changes in loop, save it. Then go back to page with posts widget. Unset "select a default template" to empty, save, refresh the page. Then set a default template again to your desired loop again and save.
Having the same problem here. Unfortunately the suggestion from @Savlis doesn't work for us. We're launching a site for a political campaign launch TODAY and this has completely blocked our ability to do so… our client is pissed. Dudaster has been unresponsive despite multiple emails. I noticed a post in the Wordpress.org support forums detailing this same issue that Dudaster has not responded to either. Paying for premium support for this product has proven pointless for us. We're now scrambling to find a new solution.
Sorry had problems with the email lately. I was having the same issue but I've made a change in the grid and it is working now. The problem still seems to be in editor, for some reason is not getting the css, still working on it.
Also if the issue is time sensitive add some css classes and patch it with some custom css. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Looking forward to an update on this issue! It's very difficult to customise the Loop and make it suitable for all devices! It's important to use breakpoints, but currently that doesn't work. I hope you'll have something for us soon Dudaster (Also a Premium member)

If I had the time or skill to be hand coding stuff in CSS, I wouldn't be using the plugin in the first place. We pay for solutions like yours so we don't have to do nonsense like maintaining a patchwork of CSS hacks.
The fact that this still isn't fixed is preposterous.
Same issue here , just started to happen as I went live with client site , really annoying having to explain to my client I cant do anything about it at this stage . I also tried the work arounds listed , nothing works
Any updates on this? It's been couple of month with no fix...It starting to affect us a lot...
Dudaster please share an update on this. As mentioned before, I am a premium user and expect better support than this for $150...
None of the mobile responsive rules works. Why would you not have a support system for pro users? You are simply pushing us to GitHub?
Any news on this issue? I've literally never been able to make the responsive settings work with loops. I've always had to make a separate "Mobile" loop and have a whole separate post grid for mobile only. Do we just resort to the new Beta Elementor Loops at this stage if it's been 6 months and no progress?
this plugin was abandoned?
Problem still persisting. Any Updates?
Since my last comment I've found that regenerating CSS & data in Elementor tools solves the problem temporarily. I've found that even if I load the Elementor template for the loop and don't change anything I still have to regenerate CSS to make the mobile views look like they do in the editor.
UP! Any news? How to fix it?
Just switch your Post attribute to Elementor Canvas. Good luck!

Is it possible the plug-in is being less maintained due to Elementor releasing their custom loop builder last year? My issue is with paddings around elements. When setting different padding's around some elements at different break points the CSS queries with the different padding's in them are not being loaded. Even after multiple "Regenerate CSS" and cache flushes, they just don't load.
