Lost compatibility with innovair AC

was working flawlessly and now only works the OFF and DRY function model is VIN 414C2V32(1) 12000 btu 21 seer unit is identical as the TGM model MWGGDT12S

turned the unit to cool using the remote and started to work all normal

today 3 out of 4 of my ACs are showing the same issue. I cant change the mode of them using esphome in HA. im not home atm but i know that if i turn them on using the remote, they will work to whatever mode i set them. cool,auto,fan_only,dry... I can only set them to dry and off using HA,
