We want:

  1. [x] Number of PRs/issues opened in the past month, with link. (As I do in the change log.)
  2. [x] Number of PRs merged in the past month, with link. (As I do in the change log.)
  3. [ ] Number of issues closed in the past month — with a link showing all of them, if that's possible.
  4. [ ] Possibly the number of PRs/issues not updated in the past month? (https://github.com/how-is/how_is/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+updated%3A%3C2017-07-01)

This can probably be gathered using the same APIs as #122.

(This issue replaces #99, #105, and #106.)

As a note, I changed the changelog format quite some time ago, so... those "(As I do in the change log.)" things are now-irrelevant. Whoops.
