Version 0.5.0, Seed: WOMBAT After beating Air Man at the end of Heat Man's stage, I was greeted with this:

The game didn't crash, but I haven't played further yet.

I haven't tried to reproduce this seed yet, but my guess is that a different version of the ROM was used. TODO test this
