Firefox: Clicking tiles doesn't have any effect

Clicking any tiles that that are links has no effect. They highlight as if they've been clicked but the link is not followed. Expanding tiles works fine and everything works fine in Chrome and Opera.

The production site works fine in Firefox This only exists when testing IAs in DuckPAN.

@bsstoner any thoughts on what could be causing this? I'm not seeing any console errors. My guess is that for some reason event handlers aren't working as expected...or events aren't bubbling. Could it be due related to our JS being concatenated?
