Port to WebExtensions

Support for XUL extensions will be removed in Firefox 57. This extension needs to be ported to WebExtensions before then, otherwise it will no longer work.

FYI: Firefox 57 moves to the Nightly channel today (August 2nd).

Just would like to point out, Firefox 57 is being released next week, November 14. Really, this should be done by then, though it may not be possible at this point.
