Toggle protection features for all websites at once

Summary

Add a switch to toggle tracking protection features for all websites at one.

Motivation

At the moment, tracking protection can only be switched off for each website individually. Sometimes, I want to switch protection off for all websites, so I deactivate the extension. Unfortunately, I am losing the Duck-Email generator by deactivating the extension.
