New Feature: Blacklist sites

Is it possible to add a feature the Search Settings that would allow blacklisted sites to be excluded from the search results? I have them in my pfSense / Firewall / pfBlockerNG and server side Squid HTTP Proxy, but I would love for them not to show up in the search results.
