Update customizer color values and colorScheme assignments

Description

Separately to https://github.com/duckduckgo/content-scope-scripts/pull/1957 we should consider tweaking the New Tab Page’s default background colours:

• Switch some of the darker default background colours from using a dark theme to using a light theme.
• Switch the black colour from #000000 to #111111.

Note this isn’t gated and that any user who had previously selected #000000 will have their new tab page change to #111111.
