Hi, we're experiencing problems with users being unable to chat with our support. We're using Zopim, and were wondering if this service could get whitelisted?

Users get the following error: Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://v2.zopim.com/?2oEhVRs907pkZYpwDvQWBvDnLydrSZwE”.

The error does indeed go away if you disable the DuckDuckGo plugin.
