Is this community platform compatible to RTL languages?

Is ddgCP RTLable via CSS completely? Is its apperance manged by CSS fully? Does it have any internal feature for RTLing? (What is rtl: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-to-left)

The platform is not currently translatable but we'd certainly like it to be. Appearance is managed through this repo and https://github.com/duckduckgo/duckduckgo-publisher for some things like documentation display.
