Possibility to lock good tokens by TM's

There has been an brainstorm session and one thing has maybe potential. Some way to lock a token that is great and don't have to change anymore. Is this possible or has this negative effect on (some) things?

I like this idea.

We could flag the translation for review if another one gets upvoted above the locked one by a significant margin (keeping it as the canonical translation in the mean time), but to be honest if the TM thinks it's acceptable this is probably not called for.

Reported to the mailing list by weasel on 9th of April: Sometimes I don't vote for translation because they are bad. But if it already has more votes than a right one, it may be slower for it to be substituted. It may depending on reading comments, and so on. A hard path. With the values being voted this can be mashed up more quickly.
