IA pages should not link to private duck.co pages
In some IA pages, the maintainer/contributor links go to user profiles on duck.co. When these profiles are private they're shown as "Page not found". Such links should be removed so the maintainer/contributor is just plain text.
Example: User "lizlam", linked from this IA page: https://duck.co/ia/view/perforce_cheat_sheet
I think a lot of people don't understand or know about the private profile thing. It's not upfront or obvious.
I've been thinking for a long while about ways to expose it better, but it's a bit of an unfeature really. You can sign up with any name, we don't want any PII so this feature isn't offering any sort of protection really.
That said, we should probably plug this hole...

I have some ideas about how to fix this, let's be sure to agree on what to do and see if it can be done this week.
@tagawa @MariagraziaAlastra @jbarrett is this still an issue?
@alohaas We currently only show the GitHub account for maintainer, and while for contributors it's not required, we prefer it to the duck.co one when showing the info on the frontend. This specific issue was pushed off, but at this point it should be limited enough that I don't know if it's worth trying to fix it, given the effort it would take. @jbarrett might have a better perspective though!
