Validate translations before publish

Hello,

When I was trying a few languages for issue #1092 I saw somehing (in my eyes) something VERY bad for DDG / the translations. Someone has put in links for a token and everyone can see this. See screenshots as an example. very-wrong-translated-tokens very-wrong-translated-tokens1

Right now, I'm not sure.

I think it's pretty clear (and has been for some time) that our current approach isn't working. That needs to change.

I don't know if this issue can be closed but the TM's also know about this issue/fix. Talked about it and send everyone the notes.

Thanks @preemeijer - I took the liberty of changing the title of this issue to describe a solution to this class of problem. I think we need a moderation queue of the type used in forum posts.
