The user would like the app to resume dowloading files.

How to Reproduce

Download any file.

Expected behavior

wget, curl, etc

Environment

- DDG App Version: 51963000
- Device: Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro
- OS: Android 13 One UI 5.1

@octavo would you mind updating the description? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? How is wget or curl an expected behaviour of an Android app?

When the download is interrupted, the app should resume downloading and not start over. Resuming is important for low speed/intermittent downloading.
