Description

Compressed large urls used for downloads before sending them to workmanager.

Steps to test this PR

Check the crash:

• [ ] Install from develop.
• [ ] Open the large url from the tests -> see https://github.com/duckduckgo/Android/pull/2284/files#diff-45f4567f44bb86fc5ea1ac3bb5f1b878a9415c8f28644acd2344404288561328R37
• [ ] Download the image.
• [ ] Notice the app crashes.

Check the fix:

• [ ] Install from this branch.
• [ ] Open the large url from the tests -> see https://github.com/duckduckgo/Android/pull/2284/files#diff-45f4567f44bb86fc5ea1ac3bb5f1b878a9415c8f28644acd2344404288561328R37
• [ ] Download the image.
• [ ] Notice the image is downloaded and you can open it.
