Create a flipper plugin that supports both sharedPreferences and Harmony shared preferences (used for multi-process)

Steps to test this PR

  • [ ] build and install from this branch
  • [ ] launch the app

  • [ ] verify the com.duckduckgo.mobile.atp.cohort.prefs appears under shared preferences
  • [ ] verify the com.duckduckgo.mobile.android.device.shield.pixels appears under shared preferences

LGTM. What I never understand is why the shared preferences viewer is so flaky and sometimes you can see them all and why most of the time you only see 2 or 3.
