GDAL error when writing file in wasm

Is it me or it's not (yet) possible to export/write in the wasm version of SPATIAL. See this example in the shell

I only get IO Error: GDAL Error (3): Cannot write feature

I'm getting the same error in https://www.quackdb.com/, another DuckDB WASM environment
