Connection timeout behind proxy network

Using Duckdb 0.9.2 while connecting to adls gen2 to read parquet, its unable to connect while stmt.executy(query) Gives 12002 connection timeout on network where proxy needed, if connected to others it works? Any workaround. Set proxy in system propety done, not working. Any way to pass proxy to extension. Thanks.
