The second example for creating a vectorized function appears to be truncated.

Also, lots of terms in these examples are simply undefined. It is very hard to figure out what is really necessary and what is not. The relationship to creating an extension would be nice to describe as well. One important difference is that the convenience provided by UDF_WRAPPER is apparently not available to an extension writer.
