+1 for this. I was trying to log requests to S3/GCS and tried enable_http_logging but it didn't seem to do anything and given the sparse documentation I'm now not sure what it's even supposed to do.

@adriandb same here. saw #11771 in v1.0.0, and tried the settings as the comment in that pr suggested, then run sql select parquet via httpfs. but don't see the expected http logging in console or file. wonder if i missed something.

edit: just saw that this issue is in duckdb-web repo, not duckdb_httpfs or duckdb.
