partition_by for ducklake tables

I see that there is support for partition_by for external tables but would it be hard to also support it for ducklake tables?

It isn’t totally trivial to do, unfortunately— I’m on vacation for the next couple of weeks but will take a closer look at it when I am back around after the 4th of July

Was just wondering what y'all were doing to get around this limitation atm? Hit the same issue and was wondering if there were any quick hacks to just get things out the door in the meantime.
