Fails to complete first load, erroring on macOS isolated files

$ pnpx opencoder@latest
Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, scandir '/Users/user1/.Trash'
$ 

$ ls -dle ~/.Trash
drwx------+ 6 user1  staff  192 Jan 28 19:46 /Users/user1/.Trash
 0: group:everyone deny delete

This failure occurs even when I'm not running it from the home directory.
