translations: Add Spanish language support and fix some french words

Added Spanish language support.

I think you forgot to commit a few changes. For it to build you also have to add Espanol to language_names at the top of the file and uncomment RG_LANG_ES in rg_localization.h.

Can you also add trailing commas to all translations?
