`fc.date` should produce `Invalid Dates` by default

💡 Idea

More generally do we expect fast-check to generate the worst by default so that we don't miss any edge cases. Or do we want to toggle one by one those edge cases.

IMO it looks better to have the worst by default and disable the features one by one, case by case.

If we follow this logic, fc.date should produce Invalid Dates by default.
