LibLathe needs to handle the tool orientation * -X *+X *90 deg rotations (e.g. boring)

Return shape of uncut areas to allow rest machining

- pecking - multipass (make multiple passes with a small overlap to reduce binding)

- allow finishing at a lower feedrate - allow facing beyond the start of the part

Support use if left hand cutting tools. Cutting direction left to right.
