Endpoint specification command not working.

Upon attempting to type in the co-ordinate via "X,Y" in Design the endpoint specification does not work for a line.

Options on at the same time include the Orthogonal Mode with Polar turned off.

OS = AlmaLinux 9.1 (RHEL-based), GNOME with Wayland Support using Flatpak.
