A/B split testing for URLs

Open peaklabs-dev opened this issue 1 year ago • 5 comments

  • Let us add multiple destination URLs to a short link and A/B split test them so we get analytics for them.
  • Let us set percentage values for each so maybe 50% 50% with 2 links or 70% 30% with two links.
  • Let us add multiple destination URLs to a short link like page A and page B → up to at least 5 would be great but 8 for flexibility is a good number. Then the short links redirects 50% to link destination one and the rest to the other link.
  • Let us customize how many users go to destination A or B in percentage 50/50 or maybe 70/30...
  • Let us track the stats of the visited links → how many visited what, and with UTM parameters and analytics on the site we can track which page A or B which landing page converts better for example.

When will it be released?

@ayntk-ai great idea! This is on our roadmap, but for full transparency we won't be able to prioritize this until a few other bigger features are shipped (#495, #545, etc.)
