Bug fix: Removed the unexpected horizontal scrollbar from login and signup pages

Fixes issue# 1427

##What does the PR do? It removed the unexpected horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of login and signing web pages that was basically a UI problem. I just changed w-screen to w-full that made the scrollbar disappear. Screenshot 2024-10-13 115950
