Remove additional leading ">" signs in Step 2 and 3 inside homepage jumburton.

I can see an experimental project on MVC has been started already. I would like to contribute to this one as well. Please let me know if you want me to be a part of it. I will continue to work on this version of BugNet. Because the MVC version looks to me at a primitive stage.
