Track "Cross-platform"

This is a request to add a new row (called Cross-platform) to the spreadsheet that tracks whether or not an app can be installed & run on all popular platforms:

1. Android
2. iPhone
3. Windows
4. MacOS
5. Linux
6. BSD

Problem

Most people use both at least two of the following devices:

1. Laptop
2. Tablet
3. Desktop
4. Smartphone

For most people, it's a requirement that they can access their messages from all of their devices. Currently, it's unclear which apps would lock a user into using just one device, or if they can access their messages from all of their devices.

Solution

A new row (called Cross-platform) will display if an app can be installed and used on multiple platforms.

If the app can be installed and used on all of the platforms (Android, iPhone, Windows, MacOS, Linux, and BSD), then a green Yes should appear.

If the app can be installed and used on at least two of the platforms, then a yellow Yes should appear.

If the app can be installed and used on only one platform, then a red No should appear.
