This is a request to add documentation that describes, in great detail, what each row of the spreadsheet means.

Problem

There's not enough room to write a proper description of what every row does in the spreadsheet itself. Sometimes you need to write a few paragraphs to describe what something means -- perhaps with some examples of some apps doing bad things to make it clear why it matters.

For example, I have no idea what these mean:

1. Decentralized network
2. Requires global identity
3. You can verify contacts out of band
4. Client provides a portable database
5. Client functions over overlay networks
6. Provider is funded by authoritarian regimes
7. Provider complies with preservation requests
8. Linked to external account

Solution

Please do not tell me in this issue what each of the above rows means.

Please do write a very long, clear, and redundant description of what each of these means in the README.md file of this repo, or otherwise.

Also, please put an anchored link to the documentation from the spreadsheet itself, so that users can easily click on the words to get a detailed explanation of what the row means.
