确实在金丝雀106上遇到了这个报错，导致渲染命令提交失败，原因是新版增加了一些命令流的验证，然后在模板操作指定到无模板的texture时上会有这个错误报出，具体https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/pull/16769
