可以正常生成markdown

不能正常生成markdown

Actual Behavior

偶然出现 只要有pdf的场景转换就会出现。

Environment

MACOS15.5 GPT-4.1 DEEPSEEK-R1 super-magic镜像都是通过 master 代码单独打包出来的。是你们的最新代码。我所有的问题都是基于master代码打包构建的版本镜像。

图片中还有一个问题，某些情况下，会重复生成同一份文件很多份。
