Bug: VP slider on mobile exceeding max

Issue: Trying to post a video for two days, but the VP slider in the mobile browser allowed him to exceed what his account had, resulting in "invalid tx not enough vt".

Solution: At the time, the user had 29K VP. I asked them to set it to that, and it worked.
