What is this issue meant to report?
Sorry Brian, I'm not aware I opened an issue.
Since I have your attention, I'm struggling with a question.
We are sharing thrift files between Java and our C++ environments. The thrift files are scattered in the c++ tree. I'm trying to not duplicate the files in the maven 'thrift' directory. I understand this is a maven issue, not the plugin. If you know the answer, that would be great, if you don't don't worry, I'll keep digging.
Thanks,
Hans
@hansvdmeer That's alright, but I wouldn't be surprised if the owner closes this issue. It's a bit unclear to be (based on the README ) who is maintaining the maven-thrift-plugin, but perhaps the owner can give guidance. As for your question, I'd advise asking on StackOverflow and tagging your question with "thrift". As you can see, much of the discussion there is around Maven/Thrift integration.
Thanks Brian.
