Directly access CMutableTransaction getters

As per the review of #730 we want to remove all occurences of CTransaction(mutable_transaction).IsXXX where the construction of a CTransaction only occurs to access methods which are not available in CMutableTransaction but in CTransaction (they are now available since #730). This was suggested by @AM5800
